Lean Cuisine: Culinary Collection

Ive mentioned from the start of 2013 that Im trying to live a healthier lifestyle including cooking and eating healthier. As part of this, I think its important to pack a lunch every day that I head off to work to keep myself from straying from my goal. The three requirements that go into my lunches are convenience, healthy & wholesome and most important delicious. With that, its no secret that Im a huge fan of Lean Cuisine. I love the variety of dishes that they offer, the way that they taste so fresh and how they fit into my daily calorie counting.

Lean Cuisine

Lean Cuisine recently teamed up with award winning chefs to create bold new flavors as part of their Culinary Collection. I was very excited to make my way through some of these new flavors including Chile Lime Chicken, Steak Tips Portobello and Asparagus Ravioli. Where do I even begin?

So I started with something more unique: Chicken in Peanut Sauce. White meat chicken, noodles, broccoli, carrots, red pepper and edamame, all in a delicious peanut sauce. I dove right into this dish and enjoyed every delectable bite. And the best part? 280 calories and 6 grams of fat. This fits perfectly into my healthy lifestyle!

I have partnered with Lean Cuisine through DailyBuzz Food to help promote their new line of Chefs Pick products. I have been compensated for my time commitment to work with this product. However, my opinions are entirely my own and I have not been paid to publish positive comments. Thank you Lean Cuisine!
